Apple cake

Ingredients
- 600gr flour;
- 200gr sugar;
- 3 eggs;
- 250gr butter;
- backing powder;
- 2 grated lemon zest
- 50ml cream.
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, roll out the pasta frolla (shortcrust pastry) so obtained, into a greased baking sheet then add apples in the necessary amount to cover the pastry.
Make a cream with 2 eggs and the cream, pour on top apples until covered, and then sprinkle with sugar.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes.
