Supa barbetta

Traditional dish mainly with breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 500 gr di grissini;
  • 1lt of meat broth;
  • 100gr of Toma cheese;
  • 50ml of tomato sauce;
  • cinnamon;
  • clove;
  • pepper.

Directions

Grease with butter a pot, better a copper pot, put the ingredients in layers starting with breadsticks and ending with tomato sauce and Toma pieces and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese, pour the broth over all.

Cook for an hour over low heat, adding more broth if necessary.
