Sairas and mustardela tart

Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 250gr flour;
  • 100gr butter;
  • 100 ml warm water.

For the quiche:

  • 100 gr sairas del fen;
  • 150 gr mustardela;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 ml cream;
  • 50 ml milk;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Prepare the crust pie by mixing the ingredients listed above.

Then mix the ingredients for the quiche and then pour them on the dough previously prepared and rolled out in a pie plate.

Cook in the oven at 175°C degrees for 30 minutes.
